Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Experience in retail management and supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Excellent customer service leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store leadership team to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Drive profitability and ensure customers are well served.
• Develop skills of the entire store team through training and coaching.
