7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team. You will oversee customer service leadership, coaching, and staff development while driving merchandising initiatives and profitability.

The role emphasizes training, internal promotion, and hands-on leadership within a fast-paced retail environment. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with opportunities to advance through our training programs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling and fuel transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the store leadership team handling merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Drive profitability and develop skills of the store team.
• Ensure customers are well taken care of as a store leader.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and operations.
