7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store leadership team, drive profitability through merchandising and marketing initiatives, and develop the skills of the entire store team.

Prior supervisory experience is valued, with many leaders rising from cashier roles. This role emphasizes customer service, compliance, and coaching, with a focus on promoting from within and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Commitment to health and sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean, in-stock store.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance as required.

Responsibilities
