The Store Leader is responsible for achieving profitability, coaching staff, and implementing marketing programs while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Training and internal advancement are emphasized, with hiring occurring immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or team.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and store reports.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and multi-task.
