Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership team in your local store. You will develop skills in merchandising, operations, and customer service while learning our store management system.

In this role, you will supervise staff, coach team members, manage cash handling and promotions, and use store reports to drive profitability. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail management experience valued. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive positive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotions of rewards program.
