Job summary

7-Eleven is actively seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive store operations. You will work closely with the Store Leader to train staff, coach for performance, and elevate customer experiences across shifts.

The role emphasizes merchandising execution, loyalty promotions, and ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment while meeting sales and service goals. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by fostering qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs in-store.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure in-stock products.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1 year of Retail Management experience.

Responsibilities
