Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams to deliver customer service excellence.
• Ability to recruit, develop and coach staff to meet performance goals.
• Proven capability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs across a store.
• Comfort with using store metrics and reports to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and energize the store team to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Oversee merchandising execution and promotional initiatives.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback and support staff development.
