Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team. The Store Leader will oversee merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the skills of the entire store team, and ensure customers receive excellent service.

This role emphasizes promotion from within and rapid progression through training programs. We are hiring immediately and value leadership, teamwork, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Identify and develop leaders to improve retention and performance.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store by enforcing health and sanitation procedures.
