7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations and drive profitability. You will supervise the team, oversee merchandising and marketing initiatives, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

A strong emphasis on leadership development and promoting from within is noted throughout our program. The role includes managing P&L, cash handling, and ensuring a clean, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a retail setting with customer focus.
• Ability to train and coach store staff to deliver great service.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support store employees; lead by example.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to boost sales.
• Develop leaders and maintain high retention through coaching.
• Ensure cash handling and fuel operations are accurate and compliant.
