Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will supervise daily activities, coach staff, implement merchandising and marketing programs, and manage store profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and customer service excellence, with opportunities for advancement within our promoted-from-within culture. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on maintaining high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and promoting growth.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and results.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance during employment.
