7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States.

You will supervise the store team, drive merchandising and promotional initiatives, manage cash and fuel transactions, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize profitability. The role emphasizes staff development, implementing health and safety standards, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for store team.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to drive retention.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to meet goals.
• Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with an Assistant or two as part of the leadership team.
• Ensure customers are well served and store standards are met.
• Train, coach and develop team members to improve performance and retention.
• Execute merchandising, marketing and promotions as directed.
• Monitor KPIs and drive profitability and efficiency.
