7-Eleven seeks a Store Leader with strong customer service focus to run daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales. As Store Leader Trainee you will oversee merchandising, training, scheduling, and cash handling while ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

You should have retail supervisory experience, be able to coach teams, and use store reports to optimize promotions and rewards programs. We offer internal advancement and benefits including tuition reimbursement and a 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead store team, train and coach staff.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong communication and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coach staff for all store employees.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Use store reports to analyze performance and effect changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
