Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and a small leadership team. You will drive merchandising, customer service, and profitability while coaching staff and promoting from within.

You’ll use store reports and P&L data to implement programs, supervise cash handling and fuel transactions, and ensure health and safety standards. A HS diploma and retail management experience are preferred.

• Ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive change.
