Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will help manage staff scheduling, performance, and store standards while upholding Lids policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes loss prevention, stock control, and strong communication with customers and team members to hit KPIs. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced sports apparel retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store staff using LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Enforce company policies, schedule, staffing, and safety procedures.
