Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards while driving sales and profitability.

You will mentor team members, uphold visual guidelines, and support in-store promotions, training, and merchandise execution to enhance the customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings when necessary.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
