Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store teams, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist in scheduling, training, and maintaining store standards while upholding Lids’ brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include executing selling strategies, resolving customer issues on the floor, maintaining POS systems and inventory accuracy, and coordinating backroom organization and merchandising changes.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store employees, schedule shifts, and handle customer issues when the Store Manager is absent.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Organize backroom for efficiency and execute merchandising changes.
