Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee team guidance, scheduling, cash handling, and in-store experiences, while upholding Lids standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining loss prevention, merchandising, and store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage store scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage and adherence to policies.
• Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) and perform daily audits.
• Support inventory management including receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts.
• Execute merchandising and VM to align with branding and seasonal changes.
