Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and team development while upholding Lids brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a key leader, you will mentor associates, handle customer escalations, and ensure store performance metrics are met. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team culture with generous employee benefits.
