The Children's Place in Orland Park, Illinois is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role represents the brand, engages customers, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork and employee development.

The Store Lead will partner with management to develop talent, coach associates, drive store profitability, and ensure high standards of customer service while

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations with associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely, objective feedback.
• Assess performance and provide appropriate feedback during reviews.
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards on the sales floor.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge, customer service and payroll involvement.
• Participate in the Leader on Duty program to enhance customer experience and store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Modify schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and adhere to policies.
• Ensure CRE standards and safety requirements are met.
