Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead on Duty (LOD) responsibilities to drive store profitability.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and development for associates.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support scheduling, payroll and performance feedback processes.
