Job summary

The Children’s Place in Norridge, Illinois is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will handle cash-wrap, opening/closing, and act as Leader on Duty, representing the brand with professional conduct and strong customer engagement.

You’ll develop talent, coach associates, and help drive store profitability while maintaining brand standards and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and stand as Leader on Duty when needed.
• Provide coaching and development for associates on the sales floor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Help manage payroll, scheduling, and stockroom organization.
• Contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
