Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations with associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and service.
• Represent the brand professionally on the sales floor and in the store.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to drive store profitability and payroll.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and save policy compliance.
