Job summary

The Children's Place in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role represents the brand, engages customers, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork and employee development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training and coaching of associates.
• Support Store Manager on performance concerns with associates.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback and maintain positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service and brand standards on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally and drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and help modify schedules as needed.
