Job summary

Johnny’s Markets in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run the store smoothly during your shift, and to be in charge during second and third shifts and when the Store Manager is away.

You’ll lead customer service, guide the team, handle HR duties like training and scheduling, and work to maximize sales while keeping operations cost-efficient. This is a full-time role with benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask daily.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
