Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure friendly, efficient service.
• Guide team to maintain a clean, well-stocked facility.
• Handle staffing, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Work to maximize sales while managing expenses.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors professionally.
• Address complaints promptly to keep customers satisfied.
• Maintain store records and share documents with home office.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and Food Service Manager per policies.
