Qualifikationen

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and implement service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Assist the store manager in staffing, scheduling, goal setting, coaching, and ensuring team training remains current.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruitment tasks, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with management to select qualified team members.
• Ensure phone lines are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly with customer contact on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Utilize outside PO ledger for efficient handling of special orders and outside purchases.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise properly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks per plan.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out by team members.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money/deposits, bank deposits, and security checks.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, hardware, service equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
