Job summary

Casper, known for sleep products, is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a Casper store in New York. You will drive sales growth, build a customer-centric environment, and coach a high-performing team to embody our brand values.

You will own the P&L, manage payroll, inventory, and in-store experiences, and collaborate with HQ to deliver data-driven improvements. Minimum 5 years of people leadership and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience as a people leader in retail, sales, customer service or hospitality.
• Proven leadership in attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales plans and increase market penetration.
