Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of store policies and maintain conditions.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout and omni-channel services (BOPIS, delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop operations and Cut Bar experience.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding.
