Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with performance objectives and budget.
• Execute and promote the brand promises to customers and drive shrink and safety program adherence.
• Staff the store with qualified team members: hiring, coaching, and performance management.
