Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service focus and coaching ability.
• Experience with POS and self-checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and self-checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee balloons, birthday party operations, loyalty enrollment and in-store programs.
• Promote MCC/Extend services and protection plans to customers.
• Drive knit & sew shop operations and the cut bar experience.
• Oversee BOPIS and same-day delivery for omni-channel service.
• Coordinate with the frame shop for custom framing consultations where applicable.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Support asset protection to reduce shrink and maintain safety.
