Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is looking for a Store Leader at NWK-FLEMINGTON, NJ to supervise daily operations, uphold SOPs, and coach associates toward best-in-class customer experience and sales outcomes. You will ensure POS accuracy, guide omni-channel service, and manage events and loyalty enrollment.

With 3+ years of retail leadership, you will drive store performance, protect assets, and develop team members while maintaining compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee Balloon business, party operations, and in-store events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
