Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales targets and quotas and manage daily operations.
• Coach team members one-on-one to improve selling skills and performance.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress against targets.
• Handle customer issues and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and planogram compliance; lead opening/closing activities.
