Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while ensuring great customer experiences.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, mentor staff, oversee merchandising, and own the store's performance alongside the General Manager. This role demands leadership, sales excellence, and a commitment to the Victra standards.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: interviewing, hiring and developing the best talent.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Own the store's results: track sales metrics daily and drive the team to meet targets.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, cash handling, and compliance.
