Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role preferred.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans for the team.
• Oversee store operations, analyze staffing and financial data, manage cash and compliance.
• Ensure inventory availability, secure devices, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lead merchandising and planogram compliance per company standards.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
• Collaborate to attain store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
