Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and represent our brand on the sales floor.

You will interview and hire, train and mentor, manage merchandising, and own performance metrics, while collaborating with the General Manager to plan daily and weekly strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership role.
• Background in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring decisions for the store.
• Training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying selling-skill gaps and building development plans.
• Own personal and store sales performance; lead the numbers.
• Manage daily store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Monitor and coach on key sales metrics and provide timely feedback.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and resolve customer issues.
