Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with inventory, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with annual objectives and plans.
• Lead the execution of customer brand promises and safety/shrink programs.
• Staff, train, coach and manage performance; develop team members for advancement.
• Act as Manager on Duty; coordinate cross-trained departments and scheduling.
