Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience and satisfactory performance appraisals as an assistant store leader or in another position at the same pay level or above.
• Successful completion of the Leadership Essentials Program.
• Desired: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience overseeing financial responsibilities, including budget preparation and management.
• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an assistant store leader.
• Any supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead store teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operation initiatives to keep the store customer ready daily.
• Identify opportunities in the store, develop timely solutions and action plans to ensure implementation.
• Achieve/exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue and profit budgets and other targeted goals.
• Drive cost-effective sales by maximizing sales and profits while reducing shrink.
• Discuss store-level financial performance and budgets with leadership teams.
• Understand and react to the competitive landscape within the district and store.
• Promote inclusive leadership and support Our Promise teams.
