Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per federal and state laws and company policies.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; counsel and terminate when needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; lead meetings to reinforce policies.
• Open and close the store reliably, ensuring proper staffing and security.
