Qualifications

• Strong ability to staff and train a retail team according to legal and company policies.
• Experience reading diagrams, safety rules, and operating manuals.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps or termination if needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and safety policies.
• Open and close the store reliably each day.
• Analyze operating statements for trends and expense control opportunities.
