Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a hands-on retail role in the United States. You will guide daily store operations, coach staff, and uphold company standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead sales initiatives, manage scheduling, and ensure product presentation aligns with visual standards, while fostering a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Formación

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline with written/verbal warnings.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive environment supporting company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness.
• Open/close store according to Operations procedures.
