Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, staff training, and adherence to company policies while upholding Lids’ standards for a welcoming shopping experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure profitable store performance, maintain inventory integrity, and execute merchandising plans that reflect brand guidelines and promotions.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead the team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Execute store operations directives and maintain a safe, well-run store environment.
• Manage inventory, backroom organization, and merchandising to optimize space and productivity.
• Open and close the store following established procedures.
