Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive environment and align with company objectives.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel and ensure adherence to company policies.
