Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will lead a team, drive sales, and maintain store standards while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires overseeing scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure KPI attainment and a positive store environment.

As the heart of the brand, you’ll manage cash handling, inventories, and visual merchandising, supporting a collaborative, fast-paced retail culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage store operations and achieve KPIs.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store coverage.
• Lead staff through training, goal setting, and performance follow-up.
• Hire, train, and schedule personnel; enforce policies and store standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive the store's selling strategy.
• Oversee cash handling, inventories, and loss prevention.
• Open/close store per standard operating procedures.
