You will lead teams, manage staffing, develop associates, and ensure daily store execution across operations, loss prevention, and customer engagement. This role emphasizes leadership and a passion for pets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail leadership or customer-focused environment experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safe, positive pet parent and associate experiences across channels.
• Evaluate operations; drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Manage store P&L, expenses, and staffing; schedule in scheduling software.
