Responsibilities include people leadership, staffing, coaching, scheduling, maintaining store standards, inventory control, and collaboration with local adoption partners to enhance community impact.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of retail leadership or customer-focused experience.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating.
• Schedule staffing and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Develop associates and manage performance reviews.
