Job summary

The Children’s Place in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will manage cash-wrap, opening/closing, and Leader on Duty responsibilities while representing the brand and delivering strong customer service.

You’ll mentor associates, uphold store standards, and participate in training initiatives. A positive, collaborative approach will help meet store goals and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching of associates.
• Address performance concerns with associates with management.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Maintain a positive store environment and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor daily performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and positive store atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and staff.
• Support leadership to maximize productivity through knowledge and teamwork.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to drive sales and profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules as needed.
• Keep stockroom organized and policies followed.
• Ensure CRE standards and safety requirements are met.
