The Children’s Place in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty duties. You will represent the brand, engage customers, and maintain store standards while supporting teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities include coaching, addressing performance, participating in training initiatives, and driving a positive, productive store environment with strong service and brand

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
