MFA Oil Company is seeking a Big O Store Manager in Ozark, AL to oversee a Big O Tire Store, managing costs, profitability, and a team of employees while ensuring service standards.

You will conduct staff training, handle customer interactions and escalations, and maintain store appearance and safety, while meeting budgeted sales and GP targets. Strong leadership, sales and communication skills are essential, with ability to work holidays and weekends.
