Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to wow customers through personable service and efficient checkout. You will supervise daily store activities, support onboarding, and drive sales while maintaining strong merchandising and policy adherence.

The role requires minimum 1 year in management, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A flexible schedule and on-site work are expected at our Alabaster location.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Wowers customers with fast, friendly checkout and service.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash and alarms.
• Trains associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Supports leadership in merchandising and world recovery.
• Performs basic store maintenance and safety checks.
