Five Below seeks a store leadership-minded individual to oversee daily operations, coach associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and safety protocols while supporting merchandising and staff development.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment. This hourly role starts at $12.50 and requires flexible scheduling including weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

• Wow the customer with personal service at checkout and during interactions.
